This is the nitya bali-vaishvadeva vidhi for rigvediya people. This vidhi is curated by panDit Mohit Bharadvaj (@vvaayu on twitter). I typed it out as per his indications and instructions. This deals with four out of five daily yagnas i.e. deva-yagna, bhoota-yagna, pitru-yagna, manushya-yagna which everyone with a home and a family should do it daily. Preferably it should be done twice a day. Because we cook our meals (and consume our meals - main meals not nibbles in between) twice a day - Lunch and Dinner.
Ideally this is done in noon - when sun is directly over head. After madhyaanha sandhya. It is difficult these days. Second option is to do it in morning after the daily cooking is over. We offer the food that we have cooked in home to devatas, mahabhootas, our pitaras and guests (if any) at home. Then the food is offered to cows, ants, crows, dogs too. After that we are supposed to consume the food that we have cooked.
It is a beautiful ritual. The philosophy that we offer food to all and everyone around us before consuming is very fulfilling. Again, this is a nitya-karma.. That is, just like daily Sandhya, pooja, tarpaNa, this too has to be performed daily.
Think to know about any Nitya-Karma is - It is to be done regularly - just like we bathe daily, breathe regularly, walk-exercise regularly. There is no special benefit of doing nitya-karma. But there is adverse effect of NOT doing daily nitya-karma.
A home where daily vaishvadeva happens - the vaastu, the bhootas, the plants-animals and other bhootas, the ancestors, the devatas reside happily in that home. Guests visit that home happily and bless the annadaataa residing there. That happiness of all those ancestors, devatas, bhootas, visiters, plants and animals in vicinity - is the real fruit of doing vaishvadeva and deva-bhoota-pitru-manushya yagna daily. One of the mantra is for all the diseases - we ask the diseases to stay away from home. One another fruit of doing vaishvadeva daily is health in general remains good of the family.
In preparation - take some cooked rice (which is preferably cooked by the lady of the house - after bathing). If such a rice (one cooked by grihiNi AFTER bathing) is not available (late baths etc), take uncooked rice-grains.
Add some ghee to the rice (or rice-grains) and mix is well. This is the anna (food) that will be the aahuti for devatas and pitars in following yagna. Sit facing east.

लौकिक अग्नि - Laukika Agni - There are two types of agni in vaidika Hindu dharma. One agni which is ignited by brahmins while chanting vaidik hymns. That is called Mantraagni (मंत्राग्नि). The method of doing that is very elaborate and usually most of the people (except students studying in vedashalas and acharyas therein) do not know how to do that.
Therefore, a normal agni (using match-sticks) can be ignited. We use Dung-cakes (with some ghee on it) and a karpoora (camphor). We place camphor below dung-cake and ignite it with match-stick. As the cake catches fire properly, we chant following mantra to do the "aavaahana" of agnidevataa in that fire - thus making it sacred fire.
Agni-devataa invited in this manner is called Laukika-Agni.
Once Agni-devataa is established in his aasana (the fiery kunDa), we can start the four yagnas. First is Deva-Yagna.
In Deva-Yagna, we give aahuti to various devatas. Agni devataa carries oblations offered by the host from this world to the world of devatas (and pitaras).
Agni is married to two daughters of prajaapati - namely Svaahaa and Svadhaa. It is these wives of Agni-devataa who do the actual transmission of aahutis.
Svaahaa carries the aahutis to devaloka meant for devataas.
Svadhaa carries the aahutis to pitruloka meant for pitars.
Hence the mantras meant for aahutis for devatas end in svaahaa.
And the mantras meant for aahutis for pitars end with svadhaa.
While giving aahutis to devatas, make sure you do with with middle two fingers along with thumb - anaamika and madhyamaa. Make sure you do not touch the aahuti with first finger (tarjani). Tarjani+thumb is used for giving aahuti to pitaras.
For each mantra, take pinchful of rice and offer it in the agni to the concerned devataa while keeping that devata in mind.
Note : Don't overdo it and add too much of rice on agni - fire might get extinguished and then it is pain to start it again since everything is hot by now and difficult to touch. One small grain (or few grains) of cooked rice is enough. Bhaava is important, not quantity.
While saying इदं न मम, one has to release each aahuti in agni.

These 16 aahutis make up the deva-yagna.
In Bhoota-Yagna, the aahuti are not placed in fire. But in a flat utensil (like a plate or a paatra). There is specific sequence and position of placing the aahutis in that manDala.
The sequence of placing the aahutis in the plate is seen in this diagram. The positions are numbered. The numbers are analogous to the mantras below. Mantra with number 1 should be placed in position 1 in diagram. Aahuti for Mantra number 32 to be placed on position 32. So on and so forth.
Again, few grains in pinch made by anamika+madhyama and thumb per aahuti. Don't overdo it.

These 31 aahutis make Bhoota-Yagna.
For this yagna, the Janeu should be taken on right shoulder - i.e. praacheenaaveetee (apasavya). Using First finger and thumb, place the aahuti for pitars at position 32 in above diagram and do namaskaara to them. In mind, ask all your ancestors to have the meal cooked by their descendant today and be satisfied.
This is technically not an aahuti. After pitruyagna, Janeu is to be made savya again (i.e. on left shoulder again). One washes the hand (i.e. take a spoonful of water in hand and let it go. Place the drop of that washing water at position 33 in the diagram while chanting mantra below. This is for all the diseases - so that they stay away from your home.
Manushya-yagna is for guests. For this, put your janeu around your neck (like you would wear a necklace or a maalaa) and take all the remaining rice and place it on position number 34 while chanting mantra below. This portion can be given (or mixed with) to any guests in your home on that day (or someone working in your home). If there are no guests in home on particular day, all these rice grains in the plate can be fed to birds or cows.
By chanting this mantra, we ask agni-devataa to go back his abode as the yagnas are over and all the aahutis made.
In case, some mistakes were made during the ritual, you ask for forgiveness from the gods
